Asmbly Maker Camp

Where Creativity Comes to Life!

This summer, give your kid a creative adventure they’ll never forget!

At Asmbly Maker Camp, young makers dive into hands-on experiences using real tools and materials in Austin’s coolest makerspace. Campers explore ceramics, laser cutting, textiles, 3D printing, and more — all while designing unique projects, learning new skills, and making awesome new friends.

Choose from two epic camp themes

Each week, we’ll offer two half-day camps — one in the morning (8 AM to 12 PM) and one in the afternoon (1 PM to 5 PM) — with both Renaissance and Tabletop Gaming themes running every week.

Campers can sign up for either session or both, with the schedule alternating weekly which theme is in the morning or afternoon.

Renaissance Week

Step back in time and bring the past to life!

  • Craft your own medieval currency
  • Build amazing projects — from traditional leatherwork to high-tech laser cut designs
  • On the final day, join our Ren Faire, where campers barter and trade their creations using the currency they made themselves!

Tabletop Gaming Week

Design it. Build it. Play it.

  • Work in small teams to create your own board game from scratch
  • Prefer a classic? Rebuild a favorite public domain game with a unique twist
  • Make your own game pieces, boards, and packaging
  • Finish the week with a Game-a-thon — show off your game and play everyone else’s creations!

Spots Are Limited. Sign Up Today!

Whether your kid’s into crafting castles, conquering game boards or both, Asmbly Maker Camp is the place to create, explore, and play all summer long.
